Lewis Hamilton's four-legged companion is a celebrity on Instagram, and just like his devoted owner, he follows a vegan lifestyle

Lewis Hamilton's Vegan Dog

Roscoe's personal profile on Instagram, @roscoelovescoco, is a tribute to his twin sister, Coco, who passed away in 2020 due to heart problems. Roscoe and Coco have always accompanied Hamilton around the paddocks worldwide, and Roscoe continues to be a cheerful presence for the driver in the racing team. The eleven-year-old bulldog's Instagram profile has a million followers and is regularly updated with beautiful photos and videos.

The biography reads: "I am a vegan bulldog who loves to travel, play ball, and receive attention from all the girls, especially when they scratch my behind. I love frisbee and tennis." In 2022, it is estimated that Roscoe's page generated a daily income of 700 euros. Among the most appreciated content are the celebratory shots for his birthday. Roscoe turned 11 in October and celebrated with five of his friends. The cake, naturally, was vegan.

No Meat for Roscoe

According to the driver, who switched to a vegan diet in 2017 and is a co-founder of a plant-based restaurant chain, the decision to adopt a vegan diet for Roscoe two years ago has had tremendous benefits on the dog's arthritis and respiratory issues. "He eats quinoa and vegetables every day, and following a vegan diet has literally changed his life. It's like he's returned to being a puppy." Thanks to meals without meat and animal derivatives, the British driver has also noticed "soft fur and less swollen paws. I am super happy with the result, and so is he." Roscoe is ready to bring his contagious joy to the Ferrari pits. We hope to see him on the podium soon.
