The menu offers dishes of straightforward traditional origin: polenta crostini with sausage and cheese, mushroom polenta, butter and sage ravioli, barley soup with lentils and potatoes, stewed venison "peposo," roast pork loin, homemade jam tart, apple strudel, blueberry ricotta cake. The wine list is a pleasant surprise, offering numerous options by the glass, half-bottles, and quality references.

Gourmet Stop. An over twenty-year-old establishment where you can purchase excellent fresh pasta in various formats and with different fillings according to the season and creativity. Passatelli, tagliatelle, tortellini, tortelloni, lasagna, candies... it's very difficult to choose because they are all delicious. They also sell ready-to-cook items, ideal for those with limited time, and exquisite homemade cakes. If you stop by around lunchtime, you can enjoy a freshly prepared pasta dish to take away and eat while strolling through the centre, along with (or alternatively) a slice of dessert.

Trattoria. The fried mushrooms, an undisputed specialty of the house, are so good that they alone are worth a visit to this family-friendly place. In operation for many years, it is an enduring reference point for those seeking the tastes and flavours of this corner of the territory, starting with the mushrooms enjoyed on crostini, with tagliatelle, polenta, and meat. The selection of game meats and grilled meats is also excellent; during the right season, they offer dishes with truffles. The wines are fitting.

Ristorante. An ancient stone building houses a comfortable 3-star hotel with a renowned dining area open to external customers, featuring comfortable dining rooms and an outdoor area with a view of Mount Gomito. The culinary proposal draws from the rich range of local products, introducing some small touches of creativity. Here you'll find Piedmont Fassona beef tartare, blueberry fondue and speck tagliatelle, woodland mushroom polenta, potato gnocchi with red radicchio and taleggio, fillet prepared in various ways, and oven-baked pork shank. The drinks selection is good. Reservation recommended.

Trattoria. An establishment that has written and continues to write an important chapter in the local restaurant scene, managing to maintain commendable quality consistency over time. Da Fagiolino

Trattoria. The establishment has been active since the early 1950s and still under the same management, that of the Innocenti family. There's a pleasant atmosphere of times gone by in the premises, with terracotta floors, wooden furnishings, beamed ceilings, a perfect setting to savour the house's typical dishes with great satisfaction. Conclude your meal with homemade sweets accompanied by sweet wine and, if you're lucky, a delicious cheesecake. Tuscan labels prevail in the cellar. A final note: Fagiolino is also a comfortable inn.

Il Nonno Cianco

Trattoria. Located at the foot of the Doganaccia cable car, it's a welcoming address with a convivial atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Moreover, during the beautiful season, there's a panoramic outdoor space. Seated at the comfortable tables, though simply set, you'll enjoy well-made dishes presented with care: assorted crostini, pappardelle with hare ragout, "gonfiate" (a type of gnocchi) with gorgonzola, wild boar steak, venison knuckle with porcini mushrooms. The wine selection is suitable, with a focus on the region.
