The closest point you can get to Napoli in town. Two spots in the city, the first one, opened in 2015, in the Rocky Gardens area, and the second one, on since 2017, in Condesa, thanks to the Mexican entrepreneurs José and Alfonso Jarero. Their signature pizza is certified by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, which guarantees an authentic product, made following the traditional, original recipe. The crust is thick and well-defined, dough has high hydration, pies are light, slighty chewy and well baked. From the exposed wood oven, come out some italian classics starting with a proper Margherita DOC (san marzano tomatoes and buffalo mozzarela), then Capricciosa, Marinara, Parmigiana, all prepared with good quality products, for a fragrant result. On the menu, even a selection of italian cold cuts and cheeses, as well as a few typical dishes of the Bel Paese’s tradition, including a tiramisù and a small selection of Italian wines. A vibrant atmosphere and an honest bill close the experience.
