In addition to true-to-type wines, Pravis offers a small range of grappa, obtained only with the marc of its grapes, grown on the Valle dei Laghi hills. These are distilled as soon as alcoholic fermentation is complete, preserving aromas and freshness, and concluding a virtuous cycle beginning with the soil and the vine.
