The territories between Asolo and Montello offer balanced, dynamic wines that express their terroir in no uncertain terms. The marc from these prestigious grapes are used to make Grappa Capo di Stato, from the iconic red wine produced by the winery, and its Riserva aged 60 months in oak barrels.
