The history of the Fischerhof distillery began half a century ago in Girlan, a village with a large number of wineries. Here the Maso distillery produces grappa from the marc provided by these wineries, as well as fruit brandies and liqueurs. The Williams pear distillate has a crisp, intense flavour, with a strong, lingering palate; the monovarietal moscato rosa gives a grappa with a subtle, velvety, pleasing fragrance; and a coffee-orange liqueur offers the delicate scent of oranges, sweet and fruity with coffee emerging in the finale. All products made with carefully selected prime raw materials.
