Génépi, for example, is a key ingredient in one of Bordiga's most famous liqueurs, grows completely naturally on the mountain slopes of the Maira and Varaita valleys. Today the fourth generation of the Bordiga family is able to offer spirits that combine the ancient flavour and the goodness of craft production.
