With a surface area of 132 square metres, the venue - resulting from the collaboration with Sergio Castelli, CEO of MyChef Italia, with whom the chef opened the first two locations - features a large central counter, an area with tables and seating, and a spacious market area where products are displayed. The gastronomy of the chef from Vico Equense offers dishes typical of Neapolitan tradition, ranging from sfogliatelle to babà, the inevitable pastiera, and lobster tail pastries. The menu caters to travellers in a hurry by also offering various recipes of Campania street food: stuffed zucchini flowers, “cuoppo”, and “cuzzetiello”. The gastronomic proposal also includes traditional dishes such as eggplant parmigiana, lasagna, and meatballs in sauce, along with lighter options like vegetarian lasagna and salad with cherry tomatoes and IGP burrata.
