The Rovero family are the guardians of a tradition rooted in the 19th century. Today brothers Franco, Claudio, Michelino, and his son Enrico, continue the farming business producing grappas as well as organic wines. The family distil their own freshly drawn-off marc alongside marc from the most prestigious estates in Piedmont and the rest of Italy. The results are monovarietal grappas, some are fresh and lively, displaying all the varietal aromas of the grapes; others are complex and velvety, enriched by the warm tones of small oak barrels.
