In 1965 Flavio Comar decided to set up his Distilleria Aquileia. With huge determination he decided to start his own system with a pot still, built in 1938, and a continuous still built in 1965. Today his son Alessandro continues his father's work with great passion, following the distillation process step by step. The flagship product is certainly La Centenara Gran Riserva Flavio Comar, distilled from traminer, riesling, sauvignon, and malvasia marcs, aged in new barriques.
