Poli

In a small town in Vicenza, just a few kilometers from Bassano del Grappa and in the shadow of Marostica Castle, you'll find Poli Distillery. The Poli family settled here in the 16th century and began distilling a few centuries later, in 1898. Theirs is a long tradition that today extends across three product lines: Jacopo Poli, which includes vintage-dated distillates like their limited edition Poli Barrique, aged 13 years in oak barrels, or the Torchio d'Oro made with Torcolato di Breganze wine; then there's Poli, their fruit spirits made with select pomace (cherry, pear and raspberry), gin, brandy and grape spirits; last but not least is their Poli Museo, their blended grappas (also organic and kosher) and liquors (chocolate, coffee, blueberry, honey, elixirs etc.). They also organize interesting and informative guided visits of the distillery (where a successful TV sitcom was shot) and their Grappa Museum (an experience not to be missed).
