From Calabria to Bologna, from Bologna to London. Brothers Salvatore and Matteo Aloe have come a long way from the Emilia-Romagna capital, where they studied economics, and then opened in the shadow of Big Ben, with the collaboration of Emma King, co-founder of the excellent Gayl’s oven. Today, with the name Radio Alice, three branches have opened in London presenting fragrant and light pies that arrive at the table already sliced. Among the various offers, do not miss the pizza with ‘nduja, tomato and mozzarella and many imaginative but always concrete and timely versions. The wine proposal is valid with many artisan references from Southern Italy.
