Restaurant. In the two romantic parlours with their fine antique wood furnishings, one is enveloped in an enchanted, relaxed and timeless atmosphere. A cosy ambience that frames a gastronomic proposal realised with skill, technique and sensitivity. The author is Reimund Brunner, a chef with his heart in tradition and his mind ready to grasp the trends of the new gastronomy in favour of a cuisine that has the merit of being able to dare even going beyond the confines of its mountains.
