The shelves tell the story of the world: around 3,500 Italian and international labels, with a rich selection of old vintages and historical verticals – from great Barolos to long-aged Champagnes, to rarities from Burgundy, Bordeaux and Jerez. Thus, the family’s centuries-old tradition in nougat production has embraced the art of wine, creating an offering that perfectly pairs the best of Italian production with the rest of the world.

The jewel in the crown is the wine bar, open from Thursday to Saturday, where around 300 labels are always rotating, but customers can also pick the right bottle directly from the shop and have it opened. The philosophy is simple and democratic: everything can be opened. No hesitation required.

You can start with a fried courgette flower or opt for a range of more refined treats: game cold cuts, mortadella and Iberian chorizo, tuna tartare, tuna ham and swordfish speck, as well as vintage sardines and canestrelli scallops in vieira sauce. There are also themed tastings – such as the “salmons of the world” selection – and a carefully curated choice of Irpinian cheeses and local products, perfect alongside a glass.
