Established in 1729, Villa Zarri is renowned in Italy for its excellent brandy, made through a process of slow, batch distillation with white wine (usually Tuscan Trebbiano or Romagolo) of low alcohol content, good acidity, and without any trace of sulphur dioxides. In addition to their traditional brandy, they produce several prized brandies, aged from 10 to 25 years. Villa Zarri also make an excellent amaro, acquavite, nocino cherry and coffee brandy.
