In 1887 Distilleria Schiavo opened for business in the town of Costabissara. Production has always relied on the freshness of the marc, distilled in a few hours by pressing in the cellar. In this way, treating the raw material with respect and ensuring a slow distillation process, the spirit is sure to have fresh fragrances and a clean palate.
