La Cave des Onze Communes, which opened in 1990, is a cellar that collects and processes grapes from vineyards in 11 municipalities of central Val d'Aosta, located to the right and left of the River Dora Baltea. In addition to wines, the winery is also known for its production of distillates from native grapes, including the noteworthy fragrant chardonnay and petite arvine, harmonious gamay and fumin, and a scented petit rouge grappa.
