This year's novelty is Arvange ("revenge" in the Piedmontese dialect of the young oenologist Francesco Fissore), a Pas Dosé based on Pinot Nero with 44 months on the lees, with a beautiful evolution, savoury, sharp, powerful in the mouth, very fine bubbles: truly a great Metodo Classico awarded with Tre Bicchieri.
