Description
Their Reginette are their softest and lightest type of savoiardo. They melt in your mouth like snow in the sun. Like their older brother, they're produced with only four ingredients: fresh eggs (45% of the dough), soft wheat flour, sugar and honey, regionally and nationally produced. These are world-class ladyfingers: perfect, large (in accordance with Sardinian style), delicate and characteristic, with a sweetness that's never excessive and nice, persistent flavor.
