Porchetta di suino nero dei Nebrodi


A product with personality, made with respect for the ingredients used (the meat is seasoned with Sicilian salt and then cooked in a wood oven). When sliced it reveals an antique rose color accompanied by aromas of wild fennel, thyme, rosemary, delicate garlic, a touch of cinnamon and orange peel. On the palate it unveils pleasantly persistent flavors of aromatic herbs on a background of cooked meat, pastries and a faint spiciness. A slight dryness when chewed brings out the meat's juiciness.
