Beautiful, perfectly fatty and well seasoned, Isabella Leoni's porchetta has delicate aromas typical of good cooked pork and spices, with sweet biscuit accents. Excellent flavour, savoury but consistent, with aromas matching the smell, lean pink meat balanced by pleasant, melt-in-the-mouth fat. Excellent crust in terms of flavour and crunchiness. Perfect when eaten hot, perhaps between two slices of homemade bread.
