The Jacovanelli family has 150 years of experience in beekeeping to its name. A green, certified kosher business, it produces several lines of honey: organic, its top line, includes about ten varieties of Italian wildflower, acacia, cherry, rosemary, sunflower, sainfoin, honeysuckle, linden, chestnut, and eucalyptus honeys, including a unique winter savory (a subspecies of thyme), processed only when it rains. The products are entirely Italian and natural, integrated with a line of apiary by-products.
