Edoardo Scagliotti’s Cascina Musella represents a piece of history of the lower Vercelli plain. Here we find the Palude di San Genuario natural reserve in the Po Park, an area historically well suited to rice cultivation. Different varieties are produced: Apollo, Arborio, Baldo, Carnaroli, Roma, Vialone Nano and Ebano Nero, plus pre-prepared mixtures for risottos, soups, flours, biscuits and breadsticks.
