The story of Pura Delizia is that of a family with over fifty years of experience in the world of cocoa and chocolate, striving every day to combine tradition and innovation. Building on this experience in the sector, in 2013 the idea was born to produce "bean to bar" chocolate in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese, with the specific aim of creating high-quality products, starting with the selection of raw materials and a production process entirely concentrated in the Borgo Priolo laboratory.
