Based on the foothills of the Ligurian Apennines, Biobruni breeds goats and produces its own cheeses, milk and dairy products. In 1986 Osvaldo Bruni and his wife, Rita, settled in a farmhouse in the heart of the Capanne di Marcarolo Regional Park, resulting in BioBruni. Organic and sustainable since 2000, here Camosciate delle Alpi goats are bred for in-house dairy products and cheeses. Since 2016 the producer has been managed with passion and energy by their son Samuele and his wife, Lisa. Kefir, yogurt, butter and cheeses are produced with the milk of local chamois goats fed with hay, alfalfa and, from April to September, the grass of estate pastures. In addition to dairy products, beekeeping and honey, the family operate a farmstay with three comfortable apartments where guests can enjoy a relaxing experience.
