The winery and the distillery were founded in 1975, when two brothers, Roberto and Andrea Zeni, developed their father's business. Today, the reins are in the hands of the next generation, the offspring of Roberto and Andrea, who run the cellars with an eye to innovation while upholding family tradition. Zeni spirits are made with grapes from its own vineyard, and teroldego, cabernet and chardonnay marc is immediately processed to give the distillates their unmistakable scents and aromas.
