Situated between the two villages of Neive and Mango, the Villa Rosati distillery was set up in an old renovated farmhouse which today houses the processing equipment. The whole production cycle is supervised here, from distilling to storage and bottling. The underground floor is home to the oak barrels used to age the spirits. The grappa processing system has a double function to ensure steam and bain-marie distillation. The spirits are young or aged, well-structured, with vibrant, pleasing aromas.
