The art of making grappa has been a prerogative of the Bonollo family since 1908, the year the founder of the family, Giuseppe Bonollo, experimented with an innovative steam still able to produce grappa with a better sensorial profile than that found in traditional types. In 1951 his son Umberto Bonollo decided to continue his father's company with his children, establishing the legal offices in the Padua area and starting up a production process that includes a special Riserva Grappa of Vintage Sei Stelle.
