Giuseppe Aliberti founded his Grapperia Artigianale Alì (hence the name Alì) in Canelli in the 1950s. It is now run by the third generation of the Poglio family, who work with complete respect for craft traditions. The passion that drives the Poglios means they make liqueurs or bespoke grappas, prepared with traditional recipes or following indications given by customers, who are also free to choose their own label for the product according to their taste or needs.
