In the 1980s the latest offspring took over and is still in the saddle today: Giovanni, Paolo and Stefano brought new ideas that would meet the demands of a modern consumer looking for a softer but equally refined grappa. Here the Brunello family refined distillation techniques and extended the range, adding monovarietals to traditional spirits.
