The Giovi distillery is a relatively young concern, born in 1987 but quickly achieving very high levels of quality and winning numerous awards in the world of spirits. Giovanni La Fauci is the master distiller and the founder of this company located in Valdina, in the province of Messina. Giovanni procures the raw materials from top Sicilian wineries and fruit comes from crops dotted across the slopes of Mount Etna, while the marcs come from the best vineyard country. All spirits are typical of the raw material, preserving the fragrance and voice of their origins.
