This distillery was founded in 1997, in the heart of Val di Susa, with the mission of safeguarding the old, traditional recipes. Indeed, here herbs from the surrounding forests are distilled into an excellent génépy and, of course, the award-winning herb Amaro. The Chocolate Gianduiotto liquor is definitely worth trying, as is the Turin Chocolat - both are delicious. The liquorice, mint and rhubarb liqueurs are just as enticing. Finally, their selection is rounded out with grappas (of various flavors, including honey), syrups, gin and vodka.
