Distilleria del Barbaresco is a cooperative founded in 1980 to promote the image of Barbaresco. Today it is known for its commitment to seeking enhanced quality in the production of grappa. To this end, the cooperative has installed cutting-edge distillation systems to create a grappa that preserves the characteristic fragrance, scent and aroma of marc. In addition, in 2002 installation began of a double-boiler distillation plant for processing not just grapes but fruit, wine and lees.
