Artisans of the calibre of Gianni Capovilla can be counted on the fingers of one hand in the distillery world. His passion for spirits dates back to 1974, but became tangible with the production of pure products made from impeccable raw materials and double-boiler distillation. Production time is eight times longer than those aiming more for quantity than for quality, and the range is extensive, from fruit distillates to those made from beer, brandy and rum, all manufactured with great care. And there is plenty of choice.
