Their Panforte, sold in a pie format, is handmade with candied orange and citron peel, almonds, wheat flour, sugar, glucose, invert sugar syrup, powdered sugar, wafer, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper. It's a well-made, balanced and very pleasant product, characteristic in its aromatic profile (citrus fruits, honey, spices and a foreground of nutmeg), and prepared with good ingredients.
