The Pinturicchio, a super-select Torgiano Rosso Riserva from Terre Margaritelli, is limited to fewer than two thousand bottles. Made from monovarietal sangiovese grown on estate vineyards and aged in oak sourced from carefully chosen forests (and worked in the winerys own cooperage), it opens on black fruit followed by spice, coffee, and a gentle woody trace. The palate is dense, tannic, and full-bodied, with acidity and sapidity providing perfect balance.
