Andrea Moser is a highly experienced producer who, through his AM Project, bottles a few wines in extremely limited quantities. One of the first results is the Fly, a monovarietal pinot bianco that's elegant and sophisticated, highly complex both on the nose and the palate. The bouquet ranges from white flowers and citrus to spices and alpine herbs. The palate is pervasive and silky, characterized by lively acidity and exemplary sapidity on the finish.
