However, by the late 1990s, they began to focus predominantly on wine-making. They prioritize native grape varietiesalbana, famoso, centesimino, and sangioveseto produce wines using natural methods in harmony with the land. Located in the upper Savio Valley, the winery's commitment to the environment is evident in its use of sustainable energy sources, energy-saving measures, and waste reuse. The Albana Albarara '21 is characterized by citrus aromas on the nose, bergamot followed by peach, quince, and hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it's invigorating with a racy edge, lovely acidity, and a sapid finish. The Extra Brut Metodo Classico Albarara exudes a bouquet with vanilla spice notes and fruits, from yellow damson to currant. Yet it's the Taibò, a red of great class, that surprises with its complexity and deep flavor.
