Marco Felluga, an innovative and forward-thinking producer, saw the potential of the vineyards surrounding the ancient village of Russiz Superiore, and back in 1966 managed to acquire the property. His son Roberto later took over the management, maintaining continuity and achieving increasingly high goals, particularly with his long-lived white wines. Now, everything is in the hands of Roberto's daughter Ilaria, who can still rely on the active and collaborative support of her grandfather Marco. It's hardly news that wines given ample time in the bottle turn out more complex and harmonized. Hence a line of Riserva wines, passionately championed by Roberto Felluga, that have been claiming top spots in rankings for years and have often secured our highest accolades. This year, the Collio Bianco Col Disôre '20 proves to have the edge and reclaims our Tre Bicchieri.
