Noelia Ricci

Description

La Pandolfa, a historic estate situated in the foothills of the Tuscan-Romagnan Apennines, transitioned to Giuseppe Ricci's ownership in 1941. Post-war, Ricci revitalized agricultural production, procuring two estates and planting vines of sangiovese, trebbiano, and albana. After Ricci's death in 1980, his daughter Noelia initiated the planting of new vineyards and the construction of the winery (its current name is attributed to her). Marco Cirese, the fourth generation of family, aims to intertwine family history with the land, embarking on a new zoning project and handpicking the best hectares. The Sangiovese '22 plays on floral notes of iris and lilac, revealing clearly defined fruit amidst red damson and ripe cherry notes. It has a lean body, elegantly structured, with a refreshing palate of nice length and a slightly bitter finish. The Bro '22, a Trebbiano, showcases a lovely citrus aromatic spectrum, with hints of basil and thyme on the finish. It open well on the palate, lively in its freshness, with vibrant sapidity.
