The new innovation this year is the bottling of their first wines made with organic grapes. After the time necessary for converting to organic, this winery run by young Marta Trevia has abandoned the traditional system for a more modern and sustainable viticulture. At the same time, she is carrying on her good work in wine tourism: many visitors are accompanied on a tour of the vineyards where, thanks to a special device connected to the roots and leaves of the plants, vibrations are turned into sounds that are audible to the human ear. Intense and warm, on a background of Mediterranean herbs, their Vermentino '21 offers up pleasant hints of acacia flowers and hawthorn, with a pleasant, balanced body. Their Pigato '21 displays a unique, firm character from its numerous aromas of fruit on a well-orchestrated, round palate, rich in intense sapidity.
