Description

Alberto Graci Aiello, originally inclined towards a finance career, couldn't resist the enchanting allure of Etna which eventually drew him back. Upon his return from Milan, he harnessed his dedication, intellect, cultural understanding, and meticulous precision to energetically immerse himself in his family's winemaking tradition, quickly rising to prominence in the industry. His formula entailed leveraging a few favorable hectares and local cultivars, understanding the distinct characteristics of different districts, and accentuating the nuances of each wine to bring out their fruitiness, all while prioritizing sustainability. Supple, multifaceted, and ultra-elegant, the Etna Bianco Arcuria '21 is a memorable wine: a bright greenish hue introduces hints of damson, green pear, medlar, and white peach, complemented by delicate whiffs of flintstone, lavender, almond, and lemon zest. On the palate, it possesses a lush fruitiness harmoniously duetting with a vibrant, linear acidity. Equally magnificent is the Feudo di Mezzo '21, a deep and captivating wine, emanating aromas of pomegranate, mulberries, and mint.
