For just a few years, Tanita Danese has been at the helm of the historic winery in RoncÖ, one of the very first to recognize the potential of the durella grape and the Lessinia region for producing Metodo Classico. The 12 hectares of vineyards, almost entirely dedicated to durella, rest on hills that emerged from the seabed due to magmatic movements, resulting in soils rich in fossils with high concentrations of basalt. The winery produces only sparkling wines, offering a range of excellent quality. The Brut Nera '15 stood out during our tastingsfine and persistent beading precedes aromas of golden apple, intersected by the mineral characteristics of the grape and a curious brackish note. On the palate, it's crisp and energetic, highlighted by a trademark vivid acidity. The Viola '18 is more intense in its fruity and smoky profile, showcasing greater softness and breadth on the palate.
