The term "boutique winery" aptly describes Emanuele Dianetti's operation. Once a banker, now a vintner, Dianetti melds passion and precision to craft meticulously tailored wines. His range, which draws on indigenous Piceno grapes and a modest parcel of grenache, includes modern masterpieces of regional identity, managing to blend crystalline aromatic profiles with dynamic, profound flavorexemplifying the invigorating freshness inspired by the Menocchia Valley. The Luciano Campo Vallerosa 20 is a Pecorino matured in small oak barrels. Elegant and complex, with a vibrant mineral and balsamic timbre, the only pity is the limited production numbers. The Pecorino Vignagiulia 22 features herbaceous whiffs and a spirited palate, tightened by a citric acidity. Great complexity features in the Michelangelo 19 (grenache): a persuasive nose of orange peel, cocoa, and aromatic herbs is followed by a fresh, harmonious palate.
