Production has grown over the years, thanks to partnerships with numerous local grape growers, and today it spans over 170 hectares of vineyards. The style? Their Franciacortas are fresh, supple, and approachable, crafted under the careful guidance of Gian Luca Uccelli. With its second release, the Blànc confirms its role as the producer's flagship. A blend of equal parts pinot bianco and chardonnay, the 2019 is a delight, showcasing vibrant hints of sage and white peachdelicate in its bead, and invigorating on the palate, where a pleasant iodine character emerges. The Franciacorta Rosé Brut '18 reveals rich fruity notes of blackberries and raspberriesa crunchy yet supple drink, with nicely balanced flavor. The Franciacorta Brut is equally taut and linear, offering up hints of green apple and grapefruit, similar to the Dosaggio Zero '18.
