Mariagioia Rosellini embarked on her winemaking journey in the early 2000s and swiftly established a prominent presence in the region. Spanning roughly ten hectares, her vineyards have been organically managed from the outset. Located in the southern part of the Euganean district, the area boasts a dry, Mediterranean climate, a fact underscored by the presence of vegetation typically found much further south. In her intimate home winery, she crafts a collection of wines that deeply resonate with the essence of the land. Only a few wines are produced, all using spontaneous fermentation. Among them, the Relógio stands out, a carménère with a splash of cabernet franc that impresses with the depth of its aromas, where dark fruit intertwines with peppery and balsamic notes. Even more convincing on the palate, it unfolds crisply and juicily, perfectly supported by polished tannins and showcasing superb length. The Salaróla is a sapid, dynamic white that's more exuberant on the nose.
