Borgoluce has managed to interpret its territory in a way that's simultaneously modern and traditional. The property extends for a thousand hectares, but only 70 are dedicated to viticulture. The rest see arable land alternate with orchards, woodlands and pastures (thus wine-growing is accompanied by livestock rearing and dairy farming). In the new, low-impact cellar, a range of wines whose productive heart lies in Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco is crafted. Once again the Rive di Collato Extra Brut '20 succeeds in the difficult task of combining the typology's trademark immediacy and fragrance with the depth and class of a great wine. Its aromas are dominated by a ripe, crisp white-fleshed fruit, nicely rounded out by a flowery verve. In the mouth the character of the territory emerges with fullness, flavor and acidity, allowing the wine to lengthen decisively and with finesse.
