Bertè & Cordini - Francesco Montagna

Description

Founded in 1895 and acquired by the Bertè and Cordini families in 1974, Cantine Francesco Montagna is currently managed by Mariella Bertè and Marzia Cordini at its beautiful location in Broni. The winery's vast range, overseen by the new generation of Matteo Bertè and Luca Cordini, includes international grape varieties, reflecting Natale Bertè's passion for French whites. In recent years, Metodo Classico has gained significance, representing a key growth sector. This year's Cruasé presents a rich and varied bouquet where wild strawberries, mint, anise, and citrus come to the fore. On the palate, it's refined and ethereal, unfolding gracefully and pervading the palate with creamy bubbles. The Pas Dosé is more evolved on the nose yet retains its fragrant fruit—nice finish supported by acidity and sapidity.
