Founded by Guido less than 30 years ago, the winery led by Laura Rizzotto is situated in the heart of the classic Soave area, almost hidden among the vineyards and what remains of the ancient groves that once characterized the climb towards Castelcerino. Laura has been able to give a decisive push towards sustainability, and her efforts aren’t just limited to mere vineyard management, but extends to the entire property, today one of the most interesting in the appellation. The lineup submitted by Rizzotto is only missing that crowning stroke, otherwise there are no weak points. The gustatory solidity of the Soave Sengialta ’18 sees notes of ripe yellow fruit and citrus dominateit wins you over for its strong personality. The Soave Classico ’20 is more immediate, fragrant and fresh, a drink where aromas of fresh flowers and white pulp fruit are reflected on a crisp, juicy and dynamic palate.
