The Celeste was created by Bruno and Claudia Dotti in honor of their daughter Celeste, now the winerys director. Produced only in the best vintages from chardonnay vines surrounding the estate, it opens with mature notes of white pepper, yellow peach, and pastry. The palate is rich and structured, balanced by vibrant acidity, with a long, lingering finish.
